I am a Specialist Family Physician with over 15 years of experience spanning clinical medicine, public health, medical education, and health systems leadership. My work focuses on translating evidence into practical systems that improve outcomes at both individual and population levels.
As Former National Director of Non-Communicable Diseases for Trinidad and Tobago, I led multidisciplinary initiatives across policy development, health systems strengthening, clinical service delivery, population health surveillance, and preventative health strategy.
