What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead scalable preventative NCD programs—turning epidemiological surveillance into actionable, standardized clinical protocols—while advancing digital health and responsible AI to make prevention measurable, accessible, and effective.

I am a Specialist Family Physician with over 15 years of experience spanning clinical medicine, public health, medical education, and health systems leadership. My work focuses on translating evidence into practical systems that improve outcomes at both individual and population levels.

As Former National Director of Non-Communicable Diseases for Trinidad and Tobago, I led multidisciplinary initiatives across policy development, health systems strengthening, clinical service delivery, population health surveillance, and preventative health strategy. I am also the author of The Monte Vista Method: A Clinical Care Clinic Attendees: A Single Framework for Systemic Resilience, bridging public health evidence with practical lifestyle implementation.

As Founder & CEO / Medical Director of Monte Vista Medical, I design and standardize a comprehensive Primary Care clinical framework rooted in Implementation Science. I’m passionate about helping organizations and technology innovators build scalable, measurable, and effective prevention using responsible digital health and AI.
