Founded and led Monte Vista Medical, designing and standardizing a comprehensive primary-care clinical framework grounded in implementation science for preventative non-communicable disease (NCD) care. Translated complex clinical data into scalable, evidence-based preventative care roadmaps and patient health literacy protocols.

Directed the strategic design, operationalization, and standardization of Trinidad and Tobago’s national NCD prevention and control framework. Integrated implementation science to bridge epidemiological surveillance with field-level clinical action, including governance, standardized health literacy methodologies, and stakeholder mobilization.

Acted as an honorary lecturer in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Family Medicine program, standardizing public-health directives into scalable clinical practice.
