I am Margret Munyau, an experienced engineer based in Zimbabwe. With a passion for sustainable engineering technologies, I am committed to contributing to the development of the community and improving the welfare of marginalized individuals. Throughout my career, I have focused on problem-solving, analytical skills, and research skills to drive innovation and create positive change.
Currently, I am working as a Lecturer at the National University of Science Technology in Bulawayo. In this role, I am responsible for lecturing, supervising projects, conducting research, providing career guidance, and representing the university in various capacities. I have also gained expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, scheduling work activities, implementing operations research, and project planning and management.
Prior to my current position, I worked as a Science Tutor at Tutorial Home Private College, where I tutored subjects such as Computers and IT, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. I also have experience as a self-employed individual, where I opened a skill upgrading center and lectured electrical power engineering classes. Additionally, I have worked as an Engineering Graduate Trainee at AA Mines Technical Training and Trade Centre and Mine, where I gained hands-on skills training and conducted research and development.
