I also supervise construction quality, check work against design documents and technical standards, and manage non-conformities. I use BIM for multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and technical decisions.
At Construtora Brito, I planned and supervised residential and commercial construction projects, coordinating disciplines, budgets, and schedules. Projects I directly delivered included a high-end residence, warehouses, commercial buildings, and a steel mezzanine designed to support a secure vault.
