I'm a brand and type designer based in Florence, Italy, looking for a remote role on a design team, full-time or long-term contract.
I've spent +15 years designing brand identities end to end, from the first concept to the guidelines a team actually uses, across identity and editorial work.
I also design typefaces. My foundry, Aspro Type, publishes four retail families, including Enotria, a 112-style neo-grotesque covering Latin, Cyrillic and Greek. So I can take a brand's typography further than licensing a font, whether that means a custom typeface, a wordmark or a type system across products.
Running my own practice taught me to own a project from brief to delivery, present work to stakeholders and hit deadlines without supervision. I also teach design at Italian fine arts academies, which has made me good at explaining decisions and giving useful feedback to other designers.
I also teach Brand Design, Graphic Design, and Lettering at Italian art academies.
I work in English and Italian, on Central European Time.
