With extensive experience in distributed systems, platform engineering, and security-focused financial environments, I currently lead engineering teams at Nubank focused on financial platforms that support international expansion initiatives.

My work involves coordinating platform evolution across multiple domains — from payment methods and cross-border enablement to user-facing product experiences — while aligning engineering, product, and business priorities in high-scale environments. I’m involved in technical strategy, architecture and system design discussions, prioritization, organizational alignment, and cross-regional team leadership across distributed engineering teams.

Over the years, I have also contributed to identity management, authentication, and cloud access models in highly regulated environments, balancing scalability, resilience, security, and delivery.
