I am a BSc (Hons) Biotechnology graduate with hands-on experience in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, and quality control. I have worked across clinical and research labs, performing PCR, DNA extraction, microbial culturing, aseptic techniques, and diagnostic testing.
In my roles I maintained rigorous documentation, followed SOPs and GMP principles, and managed inventory and sample handling to ensure safe, compliant workflows. I contributed to method optimization and comparative validation of diagnostic assays.
My research experience includes implementing real-time PCR assays for GM element detection, optimizing cost-effective DNA extraction methods for plant samples, and isolating UV-resistant bacteria from plastic waste.
