At Tata Communications Transformation Services, I serve as the security operations SME for Aditya Birla Group, working across Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZWA, and DLP. I architected and executed enterprise DLP enforcement across CASB, endpoint, web, and email channels.
I also spearheaded a proof of concept for Zscaler AI Guard, integrating private LLMs for GenAI security governance. I governed approvals, pilot testing, and deployments of updates across 50,000+ enterprise users.
Previously, at Tata Consultancy Services, I managed global web security and content filtering policies for 600,000+ users and configured ZPA access policies. My work also included migrating the Zscaler identity provider from on-premises ADFS to Azure AD and implementing device posture checks across ABG endpoints.
