What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR recruitment role where I can source candidates from Naukri, Indeed, and social media, manage records accurately, and run structured interviews—while growing through responsibility and clear team support.

I’m an HR recruiter with experience supporting hiring through active candidate sourcing and structured interviewing. I work to move roles forward by pairing strong communication with careful follow-through.

Before focusing fully on recruitment, I built customer-facing experience through a voice process at BPO (Teleperformance) from BesTMay 2023 – Aug 2024. That background helped me stay clear, responsive, and professional under pressure.

In HR recruitment, I’ve sourced candidates using Naukri, Indeed, and social media, while also handling Data Management & Record Keeping. I focus on accuracy, organization, and keeping recruitment activities well documented.

My experience includes HR recruitment roles at Fresh Duniya Manpower Pvt Ltd (Sep 2024 – Dec 2024) and SR Group Mohali (Jan 2025 – Till now). I enjoy connecting with candidates and improving the hiring process through consistency.
