What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative team role where I can apply manual testing expertise in ETRM/CTRM systems, mentor juniors, and contribute to high-quality releases.

I am a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with over three years of hands-on experience in the ETRM/CTRM domain, specializing in manual testing of .NET/C# ERP web applications. I design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across regression, functional, sanity, system, performance, and integration testing.

I have effectively used tools such as Azure DevOps for test planning and bug tracking, Postman for API testing, MS SQL for data validation, and in-house tools for issue tracking. I have created Acceptance Test Plans, maintained help console content, and communicated testing insights clearly to stakeholders.

I enjoy mentoring new testers, presenting product knowledge in monthly sessions, and collaborating with developers and product managers to reproduce and verify fixes. I was nominated for an internal excellence award for my contributions and dedication.
