What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to high-uptime manufacturing operations through machine maintenance, automation troubleshooting, Kaizen, and continuous equipment reliability improvements.

I'm maintaining GD line equipment at Toyota Industries Engine India, supporting preventive, predictive (TBM), and breakdown maintenance across CNC machinery, PLC systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

I troubleshoot electrical and automation systems including PLCs, servo drives, motors, and control panels to minimize production stoppages. I also lead Kaizen, TBM, and planned preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.

Through Bajaj Engineering & Skills Training at PES University, I trained in mechatronics, motion control, sensor technology, robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0. I've operated and programmed Mitsubishi SCARA and COBOT robots, Fanuc arc and spot welding robots, and Mitsubishi handling robots.

I designed an in-house portable digital backlash measurement kit using an LVDT sensor and external amplifier, eliminating human entry into the machine and reducing operational risk from Level 3 to Level 1.
