At CVS Pharmacy, I counsel patients, respond to medication questions, and support immunization services under pharmacist supervision. I also help resolve drug utilization review alerts, prescription clarifications, and insurance rejections.
Through my Diabuddy virtual rotation, I’m developing “What’s in Your Drink? – Diabetes Sugar Challenge,” a patient-education initiative about beverage sugar and diabetes prevention. I’ve also presented medication-safety education for older adults and caregivers at Staten Island Community Health Center.
