What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly team where I can lead end-to-end UI/UX, run data-driven iterations (A/B testing, usability), and build scalable, WCAG-accessible design systems with developer-friendly handoffs.

UI/UX and Product Designer with 4+ years delivering enterprise-grade digital products for global brands. Currently designing for Mercedes-Benz R&D India, where I lead end-to-end UX for a software platform used by engineering teams across Germany and India.

I started as a frontend developer, which means I think in systems, communicate in technical terms, and produce Figma handoffs that developers can actually implement without a dozen clarification calls. That background has made me effective in distributed, async teams, where clarity of communication matters as much as quality of design.

I've collaborated remotely with stakeholders across Europe, India, and globally, working through Azure, Notion, and Jira, and I'm comfortable keeping projects moving independently across time zones.

What I focus on: simplifying complex workflows, reducing cognitive load, and making sure what ships matches what was designed. Whether it's modernising a legacy enterprise app or building a data dashboard for executives, I stay involved from first frame to final handoff.
