What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly team where I can lead end-to-end UI/UX, run data-driven iterations (A/B testing, usability), and build scalable, WCAG-accessible design systems with developer-friendly handoffs.

UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience architecting enterprise-grade digital products for global brands like Mercedes-Benz. I specialize in breaking down data-heavy, complex legacy workflows into highly intuitive user journeys and scalable design token systems in Figma.

Having started my career with a strong technical foundation, I act as a natural bridge between design and engineering teams. I focus on delivering dev-ready, pixel-perfect Figma documentation that minimizes cross-functional alignment friction and dramatically reduces engineering rework.

Core Competencies:

•Design & Strategy: Enterprise Information Architecture, User Journey Mapping, Rapid Interactive Prototyping, Usability Validation, WCAG 2.1 Accessibility.

• Async Product Execution: Deeply experienced in distributed, remote-first workflows using Jira, Notion, and Azure DevOps to drive projects forward across global time zones.

•Technical Sync: React.js, Tailwind CSS, System Architecture, Design Tokens.

Open to Remote Worldwide (Flexible timezone overlap with EU & US teams).
