What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an internship or entry role where I can support women-focused programs, apply my teaching background, and work collaboratively. I want to keep improving my English, strengthen leadership skills, and contribute through reliable teamwork and clear communication.

I graduated from the Physic department, Education Faculty, Balkh University (2015-2019), and I’m motivated by using education to create real opportunities. I also completed basic English courses (Azarakhsh, Bashiri and Universal) to strengthen my communication and confidence.

During my internship in Deparment of Women Affiars, Mazrar-e-Sharif (21 Aug 2020 – 21 Mar 2021), I gained hands-on experience working in a mission-driven environment. I’m especially drawn to work connected to women’s empowerment, because it matches the leadership focus I developed through the Women Leadership Development Program.

That program, implemented from PROMOT for three months, shaped how I lead with purpose and collaborate effectively. I bring practical strengths like Teaching skill, Internet using, Team work ability, Persian and English typing, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Power point, and Excell.
