Mamta Kumari

I’m a driven and enthusiastic student eager to learn about the most current techniques and trends in biotechnology and microbiology. I’m incredibly flexible in different employment environments, and I carefully record observations in a timely and succinct manner with correctness and an orderly workspace.

During a one-month online training and internship with IIT Hyderabad, I worked on research and development topics tied to vaccine technology, with exposure to areas including manufacturing and production and quality control. I strengthened my ability to learn structured concepts and apply them to lab-relevant thinking.

As a Food microbiologist intern (May 2025 to July 2025), I conducted a comparative study of different curd samples from different companies and supported research intern work including bacterial isolation and quantitative and qualitative analysis. I also developed hands-on capabilities across microscopy, microbial culturing center (Bhopal), PCR, gel electrophoresis, isolation of DNA, soil and water microbial analysis, and lab result interpretation.
