At GZ Industries South Africa (Pty) Ltd, I supervise the plate room and manage printing plate and consumables inventory so production has the materials it needs. I conduct stock counts, reconcile records, and report low components ahead of scheduled runs.
I operate the SPGPrints VariLEX VLX 8160 with BestImage software and support quality assurance through plate inspections and corrective action reporting. I also facilitate proofing meetings to review artwork and confirm changes before production sign-off.
In Continuous Improvement at GZ Industries South Africa (Pty) Ltd, I led SMED changeover reduction initiatives, ran time-motion studies, and contributed to increased production and reduced spoilage. I applied 5S, 8 Wastes, Value Stream Mapping, and TPM/OEE analysis across production areas.
At Monitech Mining Technologies, I assisted with production activities as an In-Service Trainee – Production. I hold a Diploma in Operations Management and certifications in SAP Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Power BI, and SQL.
