I am a patient-focused healthcare professional with hands-on experience in hospital and critical care environments, currently working as a Patient Care Technician and Medical Transporter. My clinical work includes direct patient care, activities of daily living support, patient monitoring, safe surgical transport, and meticulous charting to support efficient unit operations.

Previously I managed retail operations, supervising teams, handling daily cash procedures, and ensuring compliance and customer service standards—experience that strengthened my leadership, accountability, and operational planning skills.

My education includes completed high school requirements, certified nurse aide training (State Registered Nurse Aide, Advanced Nurse Aide II), Basic Life Support certification, and ongoing studies in Exercise and Sport Science and Public Health. I bring a blend of clinical proficiency and public health perspective to patient-centered care.
