What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a QA-focused role where I can improve product quality through manual and automated testing, data validation, workflow analysis, and close collaboration with product, development, and business teams.

At Sorsix, I test web applications across releases, validate backend data with SQL, and translate business workflows into comprehensive functional and edge-case scenarios.

I've also built foundational automation coverage with Playwright and TypeScript, while using AI-powered tools to streamline repetitive QA work and improve testing workflows.

Previously at MEDIAGENIX, I combined QA engineering with customer success analysis, investigating customer issues, validating solutions across software modules, and supporting release readiness. I created traceable test cases in Jira and Zephyr Scale, worked with Oracle and PostgreSQL, and maintained end-to-end automated test scripts.

My computer engineering background helps me collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, business analysts, and customers to deliver clear documentation and high-quality releases.
