I use ERP software to support accounting processes and resolve client queries involving discrepancies and software functionality. Working in a tech-driven environment has also strengthened my understanding of business workflows and cross-functional coordination.

Previously, I managed a client's business workflow at SM Digitals, assigned daily tasks, and produced progress reports for senior management. I enjoy keeping work organized, communicating clearly, and ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities.

As a Chartered Management Accountant student, I'm continuing to develop my financial accounting and data analytics foundation through EY, Deloitte, and QuickBooks certifications. I'm eager to contribute accurate record-keeping, reporting, and detail-oriented financial support in a dynamic environment.
