At ZPRC, Peshawar, I provide physiotherapy for orthopedic and neurological cases, designing individualized treatment plans from clinical assessments and adjusting interventions as patients progress. I use manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and myofascial release, and educate patients about rehabilitation exercises and recovery plans.
During supervised clinical rotations at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), and City Hospital Peshawar, I gained experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, cardiopulmonary, and gynecological physiotherapy. I also completed a research project on the prevalence and risk factors of injuries among cricketers in Peshawar, and I'm currently pursuing a Master Of Science In Public Health at Gandhara University.
