I’ve built and operated high-concurrency backend systems for subscription streaming and real-time multiplayer products. For more than six years at The Kee (Vito), I owned the backend, MySQL, Redis, observability, and self-managed bare-metal infrastructure serving over 500,000 users.

At The Kee, I cut a critical homepage API from 1.5 seconds to about 190ms by migrating from a poorly fit MongoDB model to normalized MySQL. I reduced a hot query path from roughly 2 seconds to 20ms and lowered load average on a 96-core server from 90 to 3.

I also diagnosed a persistent CDN video-freezing issue using access-log evidence, helping reduce peak freezes from 8% to 0.2%. My work spans capacity planning, k6 load testing, Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, incident response, payment reconciliation, and infrastructure isolation across dedicated nodes.

At Trivia Kuwait, I’m building a real-time multiplayer trivia platform with Centrifugo, Redis, and queue workers, achieving 40–70ms publish-to-client latency. I lead a cross-platform team and use governed AI coding agents with explicit execution boundaries, citation standards, and independent verification.
