At Restart Technology, I was the primary backend owner for Laam’s Administrative and Parent mobile apps and Teacher Dashboard. I built school workflows and implemented a seven-step onboarding flow with bulk imports and Nafath identity verification.
I cut the final onboarding step from about 55 seconds to 7 by eliminating N+1 queries, and applied the same fixes to other slow areas. I also closed a cross-tenant data-access risk by binding school IDs to JWT claims, then refactored controllers into a Service Layer and added Pest and PHPUnit coverage.
At Next & Associates, I led the main FilmSA admin dashboard build with Laravel and Filament, and built backend features for Daem using Laravel, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL. Earlier, at ETOLV, I built Massar Hajj and maintained a production Laravel/Lumen backend using Neo4j; at CLAVIS, I customized a Vtiger CRM as an intern and PHP Developer.
