As a seasoned Quality Assurance tester with almost 4 years of experience in Manual Testing and 2 years of Automation Testing, I have worked with US clients and implemented innovative tasks while being able to take up any new role and responsibility. My expertise lies in Functional Testing, IVR Testing, Window and Web-based testing, and API Testing.

I have hands-on experience with Test Management Tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, X-ray, and Zephyr. I am proficient in Automation Tools like Selenium, Postman, and SoapUI, with knowledge of Cypress. I have worked in agile frameworks, participating in all agile ceremonies, and have experience in Defect identification, Defect raising, and Defect tracking.

I am a team player, responsible for leading offshore team activities, organizing daily calls, and presenting reports to management. I am confident in my ability to adapt to emerging technologies and take on new challenges.
