At Skill Guru Foundation, I developed KPI dashboards and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making. I analyzed performance records to identify trends, score distributions, outliers, and growth opportunities.
I also cleaned, validated, and standardized CSR company records using Excel and SQL. I generated structured reports and documentation to communicate findings and support business requirements.
For my Quiz Performance Analytics Dashboard project, I used Python, SQL Server, and Power BI to analyze quiz performance and user engagement. I designed a Star Schema and built interactive dashboards to track KPIs.
In my Data Warehouse and Analytics Project, I built a SQL Server-based data warehouse using Medallion Architecture and integrated ERP and CRM data through ETL processes. My Hired-or-Ignored project analyzed survey responses and job listings, with a Power BI dashboard tracking interview rates, skill demand, and application success patterns.
