At Unity Point Urgent Care and previously at NextCare Urgent Care, I work as a solo PA-C in high-volume settings, evaluating and treating patients of all ages across acute presentations.
I perform comprehensive histories and physicals, order and interpret labs, X-rays, and EKGs, and manage common urgent care conditions. My procedural work includes laceration repair, abscess management, I&D, suturing, splinting, wound repair, and foreign body removal.
Previously at JMISKO Surgical Design, I consulted with patients on aesthetic and weight-loss options, provided neurotoxin, dermal filler, platelet-rich plasma, and fat-reduction services, and supported patients throughout their treatment goals. I document efficiently in Epic and NextGen EMR.
