At Qorix India, I lead delivery of Classic AUTOSAR programs across R20-11, R23-11, and R24-11. I supported TÜV certification closure for ASR 20-11 and 23-11, and the programs achieved ASPICE Level 2 and TÜV ISO 26262 ASIL D certification.
At HCL Technologies, I managed multiple automotive program tracks, including GM Instrument Cluster system testing, where I successfully implemented ASPICE Level 3 for SYS.5. I also led an automation team that reduced manual effort hours by 73%.
At Visteon Technical and Services Centre, I managed validation work across vehicle programs, including Ford instrument cluster programs. Automation reduced effort by 40% on the 2019 Ford SX program, and I received customer appreciation at a Ford TDR review for an illumination golden sample.
Earlier at Visteon, I worked on BCM and instrument cluster programs for Ford, GM, Chery, and SAIC, including leading five variants of the Chery RBCM program. My work included AUTOSAR, software validation, Agile practices, and delivery across international teams.
