At Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este, I manage the full accounts payable cycle, supporting accurate and timely recording of financial obligations. I also coordinate invoice approvals, payment follow-up, monthly close activities, and responses to internal and external audit requests.
As an Accounts Payable Analyst at the same company, I collaborated with the Information Technology team on the development and implementation of an internal invoice-control tool. I’m a Certified Public Accountant pursuing a master’s degree in Internal Auditing, and I’m interested in growing my knowledge in finance and beginning a career in internal auditing.
