At Philippine Ports Authority - Head Office, I developed master plans for new port facilities, including passenger terminals, operational areas, green areas, and port traffic plans. I used AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion, and signed architectural plans and specifications for building permit purposes.
As Architect III, I led a team of architects and engineers in developing design concepts for port structures. I also prepared cost analyses for capital expenditure and repair and maintenance projects, and checked designs against local zoning ordinances and building codes.
Earlier, as Assistant Port Architect, I prepared architectural and plumbing plans, drawings, specifications, 3D models, and renderings for vertical port structures. I’m seeking a long-term role where I can create functional environments that reflect clients’ visions and comply with building codes and regulations.
