I am a Licensed Architect in the Philippines with professional experience as an Architectural Designer and currently working as a Design Architect in a government agency. My work primarily focuses on preparing architectural plans, technical drawings, construction documents, design development, and presentation materials for various government infrastructure projects. I ensure that drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and compliant with applicable building codes and design standards.
In addition to my government work, I provide freelance architectural services specializing in AutoCAD drafting, converting hand sketches and PDF/JPG files into DWG format, SketchUp 3D modeling, architectural visualization, realistic rendering, and detailed architectural and engineering drawings. I have experience producing complete working drawings and presentation materials for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects, helping clients effectively communicate and execute their design concepts.
