Mack Lewis

I'm currently investigating allegations of neglect, self-neglect, abuse, and exploitation involving vulnerable adults at Adult Protective Services in Phoenix. I conduct interviews, assess client needs, analyze records from agencies and providers, coordinate with law enforcement, and document investigation findings.

Previously, at Phoenix Rescue Mission, I provided jail- and court-based case management and reentry services for incarcerated individuals. I connected people with behavioral health clinics and residential treatment programs to help address homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and related barriers.

I've also led two Mexico mission trips for Vacation Bible School and volunteered with Community Bridges, coordinating poker-run entries and silent-auction prizes to support people experiencing homelessness.
