I am a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics professional in training, currently pursuing a BCom in International Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7) at IMM Graduate School, having completed a Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 5) in 2023.

Since joining KGA EPC Projects (Pty) Ltd in July 2025 as a Supply Chain & Costing Learner, I have gained practical experience in procurement administration within the engineering and construction industry. My responsibilities include preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), assisting with Commercial Bid Analyses (CBAs), administering Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining supplier documentation and bidder lists, supporting procurement compliance, and contributing to the improvement and standardisation of procurement procedures and templates. I have also gained exposure to supplier meetings, sourcing activities, commercial negotiations, and procurement contractual documentation.

My academic background has strengthened my understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, sourcing strategies, inventory management, transportation and logistics, supplier performance, and cross-border trade. I am particularly interested in procurement, logistics coordination, strategic sourcing, supply chain optimisation, and the use of technology to improve operational efficiency.

I have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I enjoy working with information, maintaining accurate records, solving problems, and supporting teams to achieve their operational objectives.

I am actively seeking opportunities where I can apply my existing knowledge, gain further practical experience, and develop a long-term career in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or business administration. I am open to permanent entry-level positions, internships, graduate programmes, and suitable remote administrative opportunities. My goal is to continue growing professionally while making a meaningful contribution to the organisation I join.
