I’m an infrastructure and DevOps leader with “20 years building and operating production systems at enterprise scale.” I’ve delivered FedRAMP and PCI-DSS compliant platforms, managed large-scale Linux operations, and standardized reliability through SLOs, incident response, and toil reduction.

Most recently, as Head of Engineering / Lead Developer (JET Hospitality), I architected and operated production AWS infrastructure across 10 properties, defined SLOs with error budgets, and built runbooks and incident procedures to protect booking uptime (99.99% measured). I also delivered a custom multi-department CRM (Django, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis), saving $50K+/year versus paid SaaS, and engineered dual-database integration bridging modern and legacy systems for real-time guest enrichment and targeted marketing.

As Founder & Lead Engineer (MacNeil Media Group), I ship resilient, test-driven AI and real-time systems—multi-API ingestion with circuit breakers and deduplication, WebSocket audio pipelines with multi-provider LLM failover, and multi-platform CI/CD with strong automated test coverage. I bring patent-level ML innovation (USPTO patent holder) while keeping security/compliance guardrails front and center, including prompt-injection prevention and safe secrets handling.
