What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my EMEA SSC and BPO experience across finance, HR, customer service, or operations, with opportunities to improve processes, support stakeholders, and work with enterprise systems.

I've supported EMEA B2B and B2C operations across SSC and BPO environments, including Majorel, Asahi, Mondelēz, Communisis, Emerson, GEA, Infosys, Alorica, and Teleperformance.

At Asahi and Emerson, I worked across procure-to-pay and credit-to-cash processes, including invoice processing, collections, reconciliations, dispute management, reporting, tax-related workflows, and process automation. I work with finance controls and standards including GAAP, IFRS, J-SOX, and SOX.

I've also delivered HR administration, technical support, customer service, content moderation, and quality-focused operations using SAP, Microsoft tools, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau.
