What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to leverage my clinical operations, biomarker study management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership experience in innovative research and development initiatives.

At Genentech, I drive end-to-end biomarker study execution across oncology, inflammatory disease, and bone disease trials, leading cross-functional teams from start-up through close-out.

I've managed Phase 2–4 oncology, HIV, infectious disease, and COVID-19 studies at UCSF, coordinating patients, safety reporting, sample logistics, regulatory binders, audits, monitors, and study data. I use RBQM to identify and mitigate study risks while partnering with internal teams and external vendors on contracts, eTMFs, documentation, and laboratory operations.

My work combines clinical operations, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and sample lifecycle management to support high-quality research decisions and protocol-compliant trial delivery.
