At CSNSW, I oversaw the creation and production of textile products used by the NSW Government, including uniforms, bed linen and medical garments. I handled product development, specifications, pattern making and tech packs as needed.
At CSNSW, I upgraded cutters’ skills and reconstructed existing patterns, improving fabric-cutting efficiency, product quality and customer satisfaction. I also trained staff in sewing techniques and advised non-skilled staff to reduce errors.
