I'm looking to apply my analytical skills in a professional environment where efficiency and data-driven decision-making are priorities.

I'm an Industrial Engineering student at Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, focused on turning data into strategic, efficiency-driven decisions.

At Space Club Cartagena, I managed bar and cash operations in a high-volume environment serving national and international customers. I supervised inventory, controlled daily revenue, processed cash and electronic payments, and ensured accurate billing.

I implemented operational controls that reduced cash inconsistencies, improved bar service times, and supported staff coordination during high-demand shifts. As the only English-speaking team member, I also improved the experience for tourist customers through clear, professional communication.

I'm building advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities to design KPI dashboards, and I use AI tools to improve productivity and propose innovative solutions.
