What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an accounting role where I can contribute analytical ability, attention to detail, integrity, and knowledge of financial, tax, labor, and social security regulations.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, bringing knowledge of tax, labor, and social security regulations to accounting work.

At Concentrix DR, I provided bilingual technical support to U.S. customers and resolved issues involving medical devices. Previously at Teleperformance DR, I supported financial-services customers by handling verification systems and conflict resolution.

I've also managed inventory, product distribution, supplies, and operational organization as a warehouse assistant at Tiendas Aliss.

I work with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data segmentation, as well as Alegra, Cashflow, Odoo, and DentyCloud. I'm motivated to contribute analytical thinking, attention to detail, and integrity to an organization committed to financial excellence.
