At PwC, as part of the audit team of Impregilo (now Salini Impregilo), I was in charge for the audit of Consorzio Cav.To.Mi.. Working "hands on" over such a complex kind of Budget as such as the one of the Consorzio entity - 6 billion contract over 8 years – with the Percentage of Completion Method and all related activities, enabled me to master the Financials Construction of any other complex entity.

I also have experience in Management Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis gained both at A.Costa – Western Union subsidiary, in Dublin, being also part of the team during the acquisition process by Western Union, and VF Corp. in Milan.

At A.Costa I was allowed to build my own excel support files, standardizing processes (later rolled over to other subsidiaries), and I was implementing improvements (i.e. identified proper SAP code extractions), in order to speed up the completion of the tasks assigned. I was also put in charge of the construction of the Consolidated A.Costa Working Capital Excel file at acquisition date, which was not available as template before, with subsidiaries coming all with a different mapping.

After 3 startup attempts (in Italy and China) as founder/co-founder; where, even if not successful, goal was not to regret of not having tried when I will be 80 years old and looking back, I am now ready and eager to resume my FP&A career, including restarting ACCA (stopped at my first startup). My current aim is to become a Consolidation Group Controller in 5 years from now.

I might feel accounting savvy a little bit rusty following the 3 startup projects, but I’m a quick learner, you’ll be surprised how fast, always going the extra mile, and believing in the “can-do” attitude to tackle all issues might arise. I put 110% effort and enthusiasm into everything I do, I'm self-motivated, quick, and I have always asked to complete upper-level tasks when underloaded. I continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve both professionally and personally.

I also possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, and strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
