I’m a dedicated draughts person with over 16 years of experience, specialising in creating detailed designs and specifications using AutoCAD 2015. I generate new product designs, adapt existing designs for improved production efficiency, and provide technical advice to production teams.
In my role at Alfred Teves Brake system (ATE), I produce precise component designs and specifications for brake pads, brake discs, brake shoes, calipers, brake drums, shear tools, and general drawings. I also conduct research and develop concepts for new products and production systems, while scrutinising drawings for accuracy and resolving identified errors.
I prioritise quality, documentation discipline, and compliance—managing drawing files and records, ensuring designs account for health and safety regulations, and overseeing the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) register.
