What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute through training, operations, team leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management while helping people build workplace-ready skills and confidence.

At Anudip Foundation, I train and mentor students from vulnerable and underserved backgrounds in information technology, digital productivity, and career readiness.

I teach Advanced Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA automation, dashboards, and analytical reports. I also deliver training in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, AI tools, basic computer hardware, communication, and interview preparation.

Previously, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Hero MotoCorp. I support learners emotionally as well as technically, helping them stay motivated, become employable, and pursue sustainable growth.
