At Balance of Nature, I maintain and evolve Laravel backend services integrated with Shopify, Klaviyo, Five9, Gorgias, and other third-party APIs. I integrated internal services with Klaviyo Flows and Custom Metrics, supporting campaign optimization and contributing to hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional revenue.
I also refactored reporting queries and improved customer status and conversion tracking reports, reducing database load and report generation time by 70%. I moved approximately 90% of scheduled cron tasks to asynchronous Redis queue jobs and improved observability with Grafana Alert Rules.
At Méliuz, I developed and maintained features for the digital account and PIX payments infrastructure, including PIX key registration, portability, claims, favorites, and payment integration. I built dashboards and alerts for cash-in and cash-out transactions and participated in on-call rotations and outage investigations.
At Trybe, I completed more than 1,500 hours of hands-on coding and projects, building applications with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express. My work has focused on backend services, financial products, banking APIs, and e-commerce.
