At BRASS Engineering Brasil, I develop mass and energy balances, hydraulic models, P/ID, and PFDs for large industrial clients. I also built Python anomaly detection algorithms and Power BI dashboards to monitor process variables, detect deviations, and track KPIs.

I applied LLMs via API to engineering analysis workflows, reducing manual analysis time by more than 80%. I validate model outputs against engineering judgment and use process data for root cause diagnosis and statistical analysis.

As a Process Engineering Intern at CCPR, I mapped production lines in animal feed and dairy, identified bottlenecks, and proposed technical changes. I worked alongside plant operations to analyze process problems and validate proposals.

At Hofbrauhaus, I monitored physicochemical parameters across batch brewing and proposed improvements after identifying operational deviations. At UFMG, I’m a researcher and developer on the IndustrialEco ventilation and air pollution control software project, with a patent filed at CTIT/UFMG; I also served as a Physical Thermodynamics Teaching Assistant for three consecutive semesters.
