At CETEST MINHAS Engenharia S.A., I plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for contracts serving 10 Sesc units in São Paulo. I manage work-order scheduling, timelines, KPI and SLA tracking, management reports, and follow-up with technical teams, supervisors, clients, materials, and services.
Previously, as an Electrical Engineering Intern at the Secretaria do Desenvolvimento das Cidades, I managed municipal agreements, prepared field reports, and developed projects in AutoCAD and Revit using the Prodoc management system. I’m currently studying Industrial Automation at IFSP and bring additional training in industrial process automation and intelligent sensing platforms.
