At Horizon Capital, I own the finance function for an international UK property portfolio, managing monthly accounting cycles, audit packs, fixed assets, year-end journals, and VAT returns.

I audit salary commissions, tenant billings, and management fees to prevent revenue leakage, while overseeing net rental payments, tenant deposits, supplier reconciliations, and bank reconciliations to protect working capital.

Previously at Cenprop Real Estate, I led and developed bookkeepers, managed management accounts, cash-flow and rent-roll reporting, bad-debt provisions, payment authorisation, statutory compliance, and maintenance budgets. I use financial systems and cost-control initiatives to improve workflow, reporting clarity, and business margins.
