I’m an adaptable, results-driven accountant with 4 years’ experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Body Corporate & Municipal Accountant. I combine strong compliance knowledge with hands-on financial management to keep budgets, utilities, and reporting accurate and audit-ready.

At Balwin Properties, I manage budget preparation and updates, review management accounts, and handle levy and utility wallet payments, cash flow preparation, debt management, and financial reporting. I apply key legislation for body corporate governance and ensure action items are followed through after trustee and body corporate meetings, while also supporting client and stakeholder communication.

Previously, as a Portfolio Accountant at Broll Property Group, I resolved accounting variances, generated routine and ad-hoc financial statements, and aligned with fund managers to maintain accurate reporting. I performed accrual-based accounting, maintained the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts, supported operating budgets and financial planning, and monitored accounts payable and accounts receivable to assess cash flow.

Earlier, at RIC Development, I worked across property finance and junior accounting—monitoring project costs, producing job cost forecasts, managing cash flow, setting up project accounting systems, and supporting funding processes with banks and completion guarantors. I also improved operational efficiency by 60% through system implementation and cost control, and I strengthened my analytical toolkit with training in Excel financial modeling and SQL/MySQL.
