What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to transition into landscape gardening in Australia, applying plant science, soil health, and sustainable land use to create functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments. I want to keep delivering practical, water-smart plant care that supports long-term productivity.

I am a Licensed Agriculturist currently working as an Agronomist with the National Irrigation Administration. I support farmers and irrigation stakeholders by strengthening crop production through practical soil fertility, water management, and plant-health guidance.

In my role, I conduct field assessments and formulate recommendations to improve irrigation practices. I also promote plant health and optimize land productivity using integrated pest management and soil conservation strategies, while training farmers and local partners on efficient crop and water management techniques.

I also perform managerial and coordination functions, including planning and organizing field activities, supervising farmer groups and irrigation associations, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders. I lead training sessions, coordinate with local government units and partner agencies, and ensure that project objectives are delivered efficiently through effective team management and communication.

My impact includes improving yield in pilot sites by optimizing irrigation schedules and crop nutrient management, and contributing to enhanced land productivity in irrigated service areas. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Major: Horticulture) and a current Licensed Agriculturist credential, with Agricultural Crops Production NC II (2019) and NC I (2017) certifications.

In addition, I have working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and QGIS for basic spatial analysis, mapping, and land-use planning to support agricultural and landscape projects.
