As a Nursing Officer in the Stroke Unit, I provided comprehensive care to patients, including feeding through nasogastric tubes, collaborating with medical teams, and addressing patients' physical, psychological, and social needs. I also managed airway and oxygen administration while maintaining hygiene and comfort for bedridden patients.

In the Department of Medicine, I set up wards for admissions, assessed patient vital signs, inserted intravenous cannulas, and documented patient information. I effectively managed patient care, including nebulization for asthma attacks and preparing discharge plans.

As a Nursing Officer in the Department of Surgery, I provided post-operative care, administered medications, and organized daily ward activities. I was responsible for dressing wounds and preparing patients for surgery, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
