What I'm looking for

I’m excited to join Wakefield Thermal as a Packer and deliver reliable Mon–Fri warehouse output. I want to work within clear policies, follow handbook guidance, protect confidential information, and grow with a team focused on company goals.

I’m joining Wakefield Thermal after being a temporary employee, and I’m excited to become an asset to the team. My experience, demeanor, and overall character were described as aligning very well with the company’s future goals and ambitions.

My initial assignment is “Packer” on 1 shift, Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:30pm, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. I understand that job titles, reporting relationships, work assignments, and schedules may change to meet company needs and demands.

I’m prepared to follow Wakefield Thermal and Heico policies, including orientation requirements like completing the I-9 form and reviewing the Employee Handbook. I also understand and agree to protect confidential/proprietary information and comply with the Employee Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, Inventions, and Confidentiality Agreement terms.
