I’m a Battery Assembly Lead Technician with over 5 years of experience in battery assembly, maintenance, and quality control in manufacturing environments. I lead operations to meet production targets while maintaining workplace safety compliance and high standards.
In my current role, I supervise and coordinate technicians, diagnose and resolve technical assembly issues, and improve workflow efficiency to reduce defects. Previously, I assembled and maintained battery systems, conducted inspections and performance testing, and supported continuous improvement initiatives.
I also bring practical electrical installation experience from earlier work as a technician, including installing UPS and backup battery systems and assisting with system troubleshooting and maintenance. I’m committed to operational excellence, team leadership, and Lean manufacturing principles.
