I develop pricing strategies using landed-cost analysis and market benchmarks, and work with retail teams to align product assortment with customer demand. I also create dashboards and executive reports to support business decisions.
I improved inventory control processes and co-led deployment of the Driv.in logistics platform. At Ternium, I contributed to quality management work supporting IATF and ISO certification efforts. I’m also building AI-powered business automation solutions through SIA Labs.
