What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support daily operations and financial accuracy—handling payroll, documentation, and coordination—while contributing to smooth workflows and clear communication, with room to grow through structured processes and accountability.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with a background in Accounting and Finance and experience in operations, coordination, and financial support. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and am currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work.

As an Intern as a Business Support at Afro-European Engineering, I processed payroll in Excel, including salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and net pay preparation. I also managed accounts payable/receivable and bank transactions, handled employee tax calculations and filings using the government e-tax system, and maintained payroll records to ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.

I’ve also supported leadership-level administrative operations as an Administrative Assistance role at Awash Bank S.C, providing direct support to the Director of Branding and Trade Marketing. I coordinated the work of 25+ officers, drafted and edited official letters, reports, and speeches, managed schedules and meeting follow-ups, and maintained organized filing systems while handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

I bring strong operational discipline and communication skills, reinforced through training in IFRS, IPSAS (Quick Book), and advanced accounting tools. I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my organizational, analytical, and communication strengths to contribute to efficient and effective business operations.
